Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about working with us. Here is how our refund and cancellation policies work.

The Free Prototype — Zero Risk

Your first interaction with Wildcore is always a free prototype. We build you a real, interactive website before you spend a dime. If you do not love it, you owe us nothing. That is our way of earning your trust before asking for your business.

Build Deposits

When you move forward with a build, a deposit is required to start work. Deposits are non-refundable because they cover the initial research, design, and development time that begins immediately.

The remaining balance is due when your site is ready to launch. If for any reason we cannot deliver what was agreed upon, we will work with you to make it right.

Managed Hosting

Managed hosting operates on a cancel-anytime basis. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. If you decide to cancel:

  • Your site stays live through the end of your current billing period
  • You keep all your code and content — it is yours
  • We will help you transition to another host if needed

Annual Plans

If you prepaid annually, you can cancel before your next renewal date. We provide 30 days notice before any renewal so you always have time to decide.

Questions About Your Specific Situation?

Every situation is different. If you have questions about refunds, cancellations, or your specific account, reach out to Corey directly — he will give you a straight answer.
